The 13th Night

Where did the superstition of Friday the 13th actually come from and how much of what we have been told is history, folklore or modern myth?

Join us for a very different evening of witchcraft as we step into The Thirteenth Night.

Together we will journey through the strange and fascinating history of Friday the 13th, explore old superstitions and their origins, uncover some of the myths that have become tangled into modern witchcraft, and look at why witches have so often found power in the symbols, places and ideas that others were taught to fear.

Through simple workings with FIRE, WATER, EARTH and AIR, we will return to a form of magic that needs very little no expensive tools, elaborate ingredients or complicated spells.

You will also receive your own handmade Thirteen Journal, which will become a personal record of the evening as we fill its pages with words, symbols,…
