My Story

For over 30 years, I have been a holistic therapist specialising in Reflexology, Reiki, and a range of integrated healing practices. My journey in wellness has taken me across the globe – from Europe to Africa and Asia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, and New Zealand – as well as running my own holistic practice.

In 2018 I joined the exclusive 5-Star Zagara Spa, working as the lead Ionithermist on the Silver Muse, one of the luxury fleet of Silversea cruise ships, where I gained a deep insight into the connection between physical wellbeing and energetic balance. That experience really shaped the way I work today – blending traditional techniques with more modern, intuitive approaches to create treatments that are both restorative and transformative.

My passion for supporting others on their healing journey naturally led me to becoming certified in Reiki Drumming – a practice that beautifully combines two of the modalities I hold most dear. As one of the few practitioners in the UK offering this unique therapy, I’m able to blend rhythmic sound with energy work to create a deeply transformative and non invasive experience. This combination creates a deep sense of calmness and grounding, and I love sharing it with clients who are looking to reconnect with themselves and heal in a powerful way. I now  incorporate this into my local sound baths in Essex alongside monthly reiki drumming healing sessions, where these gatherings have become a beautiful part of my practice – a gentle, shared space for rest and renewal.

Wellness is not just energy work of the spiritual body, but also that of the physical body. I have spent many years learning and unlearning habits that I now have sharpened into a healthy lifestyle routine of cleaner eating and fitness.  There is a full union between mind body and soul and I believe this is what leads us to finding balance and consistency in our busy lives. This fully aligns with the ethos here at The Alchemy Hub and makes me excited to be a part of something that truly honours holistic healing, community, transformation and the deeper connection we all seek.
